Last Updated: August 14, 2026
At Clover89, we believe meaningful gifts should be created with care, originality, and respect for the work of others.
Clover89 Global LLC ("Clover89," "we," "our," or "us") respects copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. We expect our customers, designers, production partners, and other users of our services to do the same.
This DMCA & Copyright Policy explains how we handle intellectual property concerns, customer-submitted personalization content, copyright infringement notices, and counter-notifications.
1. Our Commitment to Intellectual Property
Clover89 is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of creators, artists, photographers, designers, brands, and other rights holders.
Products offered through Clover89 may incorporate:
-

-
Artwork or design elements that we are authorized or licensed to use
-
Customer-provided names, text, photographs, artwork, or other personalization content
-
Design elements lawfully provided by authorized creative or production partners
We do not knowingly offer counterfeit products or intentionally use copyrighted or trademarked material without appropriate authorization.
If we become aware of content that may infringe valid intellectual property rights, we will review the matter and take appropriate action.
2. Customer-Submitted Personalization Content
Many Clover89 products allow customers to submit personalization content, including:
-

By submitting content to Clover89 for personalization, you represent and warrant that:
-
You own the content; or
-
You have obtained the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or consent to use the content for the requested product.
You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person or organization.
Submitting content to Clover89 does not transfer ownership of that content to us.
3. Limited License to Produce Your Personalized Order
When you submit personalization content, you grant Clover89 and our production and fulfillment partners a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, resize, crop, format, modify as technically necessary, print, engrave, manufacture, and otherwise process that content solely as reasonably necessary to create, fulfill, deliver, support, or resolve issues relating to your order.
This limited license does not transfer ownership of your content to Clover89.
Clover89 does not claim ownership of photographs, artwork, or other intellectual property that customers submit for personalization.
We will not use your personalized photos, names, or customer-provided designs for advertising, marketing, or public display without your explicit permission.
Customer personalization files are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including our applicable data-retention practices.

11. False or Misleading Claims
Please do not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, or materially misleading copyright or intellectual property complaints.
Under applicable law, a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or that content was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be responsible for resulting damages, costs, or attorneys' fees.
If you are uncertain whether particular content infringes your rights, you may wish to seek independent legal advice before submitting a formal notice.
12. Clover89 Website Content & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, content appearing on the Clover89 website—including Clover89-created product designs, original photographs, graphics, text, logos, website elements, and other original materials—is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by Clover89 and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks, product names, company names, or other intellectual property referenced on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

Clover89 works with trusted production and fulfillment partners to manufacture and deliver our made-to-order products.
When customer-provided personalization content is necessary to fulfill an order, we may provide the relevant content to the production partner responsible for manufacturing that product.
Providing such content to a production or fulfillment partner solely for order fulfillment does not transfer ownership of that content to Clover89 or the production partner.
Our partners receive only the information and content reasonably necessary to produce and fulfill the applicable order, subject to our policies, applicable agreements, and our Privacy Policy.
